An invoice is only raised when you have approved the file listing which details what data has been recovered. CDR ensures that you know what data has been recovered ahead of payment. CDR will never ask for payment before this. Please view our non-refundable fee policy. Once you have received an invoice from us, there are various ways we can take your payment. Once we have received payment we will ship the media back to you or provide a secure download of the data.

Due to changes in payment legislation, which are effective from the 13th of January 2018, it is no longer possible for CDR to accept payment by personal debit / credit card.
