I bought two LaCie 4TB disks many years ago, and one is still working away merrily.But one had suddenly started that ominous sound we all hope we'll never hear.By sheer chance, a colleague... recommended CDR, so I got in touch. The 'no data, no fee' arrangement was a winner. CDR were so professional and kept me informed all the way. Despite my disk being almost unique in their experience, they sourced the required parts, and within a few weeks I received the results. Apart from one recalcitrant file, they had recovered nearly 2TBs of data of almost 30 years of family and travel photos and movies, which are absolutely irreplaceable.
