Found John (CDR) though Google and glad I did. He spent the time to discuss the process with me, and his reasonable fee structure. In the end the HD had lost a head, but he was able to recover the... majority of the disc and get a copy of the recovered files safely back to me within the sugested timeframe. Hopefully I won't need his services again, but I'd recommend him to anyone who does.read more
